Want to work abroad

Hi everyone, sooo I'm an italian university student and the first year of uni isn't going well at all (I've been skipping lesson all year long, staying home doing drugs instead of studying etc. I kinda hate myself for this but oh well) so my mother had this idea of sending me abroad for 1 year to work which I would totally do (it's not like my parents are forcing me, I actively want to go), thing is I have no idea where to even begin to look. Any advice, useful links etc.? I would love to go to the USA or 'straya, but the UK or Canada would be good for me aswell. Basically countries where the main language is english. Thanks in advance
