Everyone is talking about how dangerous W-18 is but I've not found anything on W-18 overdose. Has anyone read the Forbes article? Article: W-18 Is Not a Super-Potent Designer Opioid as Originally Believed
The article is very thorough. It's all very confusing. Has anyone tried it? I'm a chronic pain patient who is on strong med's but always looking 4 something stronger.
 
I'm not sure anyone is aware that they have tried it. The rumor is that it may not be active, or at least weakly active in humans. I think that there may be some dark net forums that may delve into it because I'm sure there were some vendors on there selling it. I think there may have been one dude who reported using it but I don't remember what he had to say. He claims used a lot of the chem weapons grade fentanyl analouges so he has a lot of experience apparently. The thread is somewhere here in O.D. so it would be worth looking for.
