Vyvanse drug test

I'm prescribed vyvanse 40mg once a day. 40mg does nothing for me, I have a very high tolerance for any drug I take. I don't get into any drugs I'm not prescribed. If I take 80-120mg of vyvanse I don't feel euphoria but I do get very motivated. Now I don't know if that's what it's supposed to do or if that is just a honeymoon effect of it. My question is I know if i get drug test it'll show positive, but can they tell how much is in my system? Would they really care how much since its just vyvanse and I'm prescribed it? Or could I get fired for abusing my meds?
