This uses the IR tablets. All I have access to is 30mg XR. The XR are great but I would prefer to be able to accurately dose myself when needed instead of eyeballing 2/3 of a capsule and being semi amped up for 8 hours.
I've read accounts that say the beads are nearly impossible to dissolve. But they dissolve in our stomach, so there must be a way.
I guess I can crush up 10 capsules, or 300mg and use a vial with 30ml of water to create a solution that would be 10mg/ml.
What would the shelf life be in a glass amber bottle? Any way to filter out the the plastics/polymer coating of the little beads?
