Vivitrol harm reduction

I fully understand OD risk. What I’m wondering is after 20 days on first vivitrol shot if I use the day before the 2nd shot on the 21st day, I won’t experience Any percipitated withdrawal becuase the naltrexone is in my system.. correct?
 
You might get some PD. Depends on how much naloxone is still in your system after 21 days on a 30 day shot. If the bupe is still sitting on your receptors you may not even get high.

Seems like a risk to me.
