Veterans Using MDMA to Treat PTSD?

I’m a combat veteran, with tours OEF, OIF, now retired after 28 years. My QUESTION - I heard of studies with Veterans using MDMA for PTSD therapy, and the medication is helping Veterans live a normal life. Appreciate if anyone has any information about this, and where I need to go to receive this treatment; live in New Orleans. I tried VAMC NOLA, but didn’t get anywhere.
