Benzos Versed IM. drug test question

I IM'd Versed (needed some help sleeping) and have a drug test in about 3 weeks. I seen that benzo can stay in your system for 1-6 weeks. I seen that Versed is one of the shortest acting benzo's with a half life of 1-3 hours. No active metabolites. Since it has a short acting half life does this mean it will get out of your system faster?

This was my first time using it.
 
Something with a shorter half-life will clear your system faster than something with a longer half-life. However, ...
