I can't find the IV threads and the search on this website is awful. Basically I IV my Dilaudid for better pain relief oral is 23% IV 100% im like no wonder I feel better in hospital. So its been 16 months no beginer. I have tiny veins that roll and blow so its tough. I won't go thru it all but ive been hitting my sides for a long while like above lovejandles. Im drying up. I know push ups and such are great for arms. Is there stretches or exercises I can do for my sides. I have an ostomy bag so nothing too rigourous maybe some yoga poses? Thanks I know its weird such is my life. Please direct me to the IV threads too maybe I'll learn some tricks.
