Stimulants Veins in hand bulging after ice (Not using IV)

I started dosing yesterday evening. Around 12pm today my hand starting getting sore and my veins are bulging. Also they’re are red dots on my hand.

Methamphetamine use will increase your blood pressure, which can cause bulging veins and the like.
