Vasodilators? Which, when?

I often experience vasoconstriction, one of the least pleasurable effects of stims.. I never really wondered if theres anything that could combat it?
Can somebody give me full list of vasodilators? Should one take them before Or during Or after the vasoconstrictor takes effect?
I heard alcohol is vasodilator (I drink it on most stims anyway lol) and so is THC.
I guess I'm right if I say that vasodilators are overall much less common than vasoconstrictors?

Aspirin is not a vasodilator, but has antiplatelet functions, so it's safe to take 81mg Aspirin with your stims to prevent chances of stroke. Cut out the alcohol, nicotine or other vasoconstrictors. THC is my favorite vasodilator, but it shouldn't be mixed with stims due to massive tachycardic synergy.

Hmm ethanol is a tricky one, I read that at intoxication doses it acts as vasod. but in higher doses as vasoc.. Where's the line between higher dose?
I don't smoke, nor do I combine any other vasoc.
Weed on stims is crazy, I did it few times but I always thought I was gonna have stroke any sec.

Aspirin sounds good thanks, why just 81mg though? For fighting flu there is commonly used 500mg, is that way too much for stroke prevention?

Benzos or nonbenzos wont do much for vasoconstrictions, but considerably reduce the heart palpitations

NEVER mix beta blockerd or alpha blockers with stims. They block an NE and Epinephrine receptor, youd think that helps, but it doesnt. the NE will find its way to a different beta or alpha receptor and overstimulate it, causing worsened hypertension and vasoconstriction

Asprin is one of the most useful things to help with blood flow, i'm not sure where 81mg comes from but I often take a standard 300mg (sometimes two) with stims. Make sure you take them after eating though as asprin isn't great for your stomach. Ibuprofen also does the same thing.

Cayenne pepper is the best vasodilator i've come across as its cheap and easy to get (powdered form is stocked in most supermarkets). It also helps with nausea so is good with drugs like AMT that cause both vasoconstriction and sickness.
I suffer badly with vasoconstriction and it's been a great help, i'd definitely recommend you look into it. You can take it whenever you want and as it's just pepper you shouldn't need to worry about interactions :).

Alcohol and benzo's both help with most stim problems, although i'd stay away from THC as you don't need any more strain on your heart than a stimulant binge is already causing ;).

frankly i'd use benzos to recover from a stimulant binge. alcohol is not suitable depending on what kinda binge you're on, In my case a ritalin binge, which will convert a lot of the methylphenidate in my body to ethylphendiate, which is more potent... fuck

Thanks everyone,

as I already said, THC is not an option as it makes me anxious and faster heartbeat,
nicotine - thank god - I'm non smoker for 13 months, however 2 years ago when I did insane amounts of mephedrone and was chainsmoking on the comedown to calm myself down, not realizing it worsened the vasoconstriction, almost bluing fingers and knees 8( . I could smoke 3 packs per night, disgusting (sober about one).

As for the list from jaurk, I like garlic but it smells so bad lol.

Seems I'll have an spirin or two with me next time.

What about kamagra (or viagra). I find it always helps me a lot to take half a pill when on stims. Otherwise I'm really cold from vasoc. And well, the other effect isn't so off-putting either. ^^,

Do you know the QTY of the Cayenne required? I tried before but couldnt get it to work, there is no dosage info either?

No2, nitric oxide. Maybe Arganine too? Dont quote me but a cheap amino. Actually not all that comfortable to take a dialator on a shitload of speed. Used to when the pills were under control but aided by ephedrine and caffiene tabs and I would lift, or other exercise like bagwork or a strenuous work day and/or long one meaning an extra dose. As a preventative against aneyrism, etc.
took a Cialis once on a run. Should have seen how red my ears got, burning to the touch and they swelled.
Sort of an anti- bodybuzz, skin felt like it was scraped, vision palpitating with each bpm. Real uncomfortable and feels like instead of taking something to avoid a problem, it fucked up the gameplan your body had working, now you are gonna have a stroke or send plaque or a clot up the line. How it seemed to me at least.

The reason ErgicMergic recommends 81mg is because after it thins your blood, it thickens it.

Almost comparable to how "Drinking a glass of red wine can help promote cardiovascular health, but binge drinking can cause cardiovascular problems"

Taking a small dose of aspirin is similar, but the same. A large dose means a bigger rebound effect afterward.

"ECA weight loss stacks" (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin), the aspirin is there for that purpose.

Vasodilators are actually prescribed for heart conditions sometimes actually to promote blood flow. A MAJOR side effect of these could be low blood pressure, but these are for people who have consumed them for prolonged periods of time.

As far as stimulants such as caffeine which are vasoconstrictor, well most pre workouts contain caffeine in them, and although there isn't necessarily a lethal dosage for caffeine, it probably isn't a good idea in the long run for heart health. You will see many pre-workouts contain taurine to take the edge off of caffeine so to speak. It is also a great supplement for heart health.

From what i have read is Nitric Oxide causes the blood vessels to dilate and pull in more glucose, as well as transfer more nutrients to your muscles more effectively. Which makes sense that it would drop your sugars. But i have already read some things that Diabetes notoriously are low in nitric oxide in their blood. From what i can make out is that when we have high sugars the increased glucose causes the cell functions to change and doing so it uses up the NO and causes the vessels to constrict, which is bad for our hearts and eyes, and pretty much everything.

There are some good and cheap meds available online, i have visited [SNIP] and get very good information about meds.
