It can. I saw a thread on here and something on another forum regarding this. Although you wont get any more yield out of it (but the stealth factor is pretty amusing LOL and it just smells like vape).
I can say it worked fine for me, i have a Jaybo RX200 and successfully did it at 100 watts, temp right around 415 fahrenheit i believe.
The shard(s) will dissolve in ejuice if you just throw some in the tank w/ the juice, but not Fulllly, some will most likely be left floating. Best way to do it is dissolve the shard in the LEAST REQUIRED AMOUNT of h20.. then mix with ejuice.. and yes the ejuice will tolerate and mesh w/ a very small amount of water, im speaking from experience. (aim for 20% ejuice/shard (at MOST) to 80% pure ejuice).
The reason i said fuck it is because after 1 (maybe 2?) full tanks with ^said mixture, you will need to change coils because it will taste digusting. Hard to describe this brand of disgusting... but you just wont want to taste it anymore.
