Vallium and tramadol combo?

Anybody got any info on this? Ive been takin 100/150mg tram for about 18 months. Dont have a tolerence as take weekends off and only occasionally increased my dose to like 200/250, but obvs have experiance with it.

What would the combo be like? Is it safe? And how much mg diaz should i take?
Was gona do like 200/250 then not sure how much diazapam id need?

I was prescribed both together and I took 10 mgs of valium in the evening to help with sleep and spasms. I can imagine you could take 20 mgs of valium if you aren't benzo naive. I take klonopin now and still feel 20 mgs of valium is too much for me.

You can always add more if you need it, but you can't take it away so be careful and start small.
