Meth urinary alkaniser

Anyone done this combo before?

taking a urinary alkaniser before smoking meth to extend the high and increase the high??

How long before smoking meth should i take the urinary alkinaser?

I've tried with amphetamine years ago. However, my issue was it didn't seem sustainable all that sodium bicarbonate every day and even calcium carbonate. Did it work? Probably. But just because It might have a measurable increase in peak levels and duration if you hypothetically drew my blood back then . Doesnt change I can't subjectively remember it working enough to keep doing it

I would consider any potential issues Long term if you try doing it long term like me.
