Unsure about Valium.

I take Valium about 1/2 a week for comedowns off mainly Coke and for hangovers. Last night I took ectasy which I very rarely do and the comedown is particularly bad, the two nights before that I was taking Coke. I've taken 10mg of Valium but the anxiety is still quite bad - i.e pounding heart, cold sweats, minor hallucinations and scared of the dark. I'm wondering if I should maybe take another 5mg or 10mg of Valium but I've never need more than 10. And I'm wondering if it's safe. Thanks

I guess I'm a bit late since you posted this last night. Did you end up taking more valium and how are you feeling now? Try to make yourself eat something, and drink lots of water too. Getting some sleep will help. (Moving to BDD)

Yea took another 5mg. Didn't put me to sleep put took the anxiety away. Feel fine now just groggy and bit depressed.
