Undertaking Postgraduate Study

Does anybody do any postgraduate study whilst working?

I have applied for a masters degree, by online learning, in my area of study.

I have jumped through all the hoops to finish my undergraduate degree. I finished it off, and it is paying dividends for me. So, I thought, why not do some more study to up my game in the workforce?

I plan to study in my spare time when I am not working. Whilst it may take some time and effort, I feel that there is no loss for me, assuming that I complete the course.

Had this, or a similar, plan worked out for anyone?

I'm studying a masters in maintenance and reliability engineering by online learning. It's mostly assignments, but includes an end of semester exam at a remote location depending on where one lives.
