Harm Reduction U.S. Drug Testing Labs?

Are there any labs in the U.S. that you can send samples to for examination? For example sending a piece of pill to be tested for it's actual ingredients or strength? I tried to Google it and all the results had to do with drug tests like a urine test, which I'm not looking for.
