Ive done some sniffing around on different websites and have yet to see any discussion about a situation Ive got at hand.

Ive got some u-47700 20mg/ml in a 15ml vial. Is there any way to make this solution thinner, able to be prepared somehow for IV?

What is it dissolved in? Mixing it in bacteriostatic water should work if it's in water or alcohol.

It doesn't say on the container what it is suspended in, couldnt find any information on the vendors page either. The consistency of it seems like PPG

Theoretically this shouldn't be a problem.

As 'm314' already said, you should dilute your solution with (e.g.) bacteriostatic water and you should be fine.

But as always, take care! Work sterile, micron filter (if possible), titrate your dose slowly and you should be fine.

But basically no one can say for sure, because we don't know the solvent which was used for the solution.

If it's ethanol (unlikely, since you said it's 'thick', like PEG), injection does not seem advisable...
If it is isopropyl alcohol, injection is out of question.
