Trying to figure out a few things about Fentanyl Drug testing Cut off Levels

I am currently in early recovery and I Have been clean for 10 days off fentanyl without any help from any other drugs, I was using fentanyl for 2 years prior about 10-20 pills a day or more.
I went and took a drug test today thinking it would be clean but it was still positive, and i dont understand what the cut off levels mean? Can the people who are overseeing my UAS see that i havent used anything for a while? will the levels drop soon? just curious how long fentanyl has stayed in peoples system and when were you able to get a negative drug test. I am 5'0 and weigh 168. Female. Thank you

Sorry we can't ( and don't ) answer drug testing questions as nobody here knows. Our metabolism and bodies are all different so it would only be guesses.

Since you have been clean for 10 days it may not all be out of your system but the levels are dropping every day for sure.
