So Im on 6-8 months on self medicated TRT, 44 yo, gym 4 times per week.

Blasting some orals from time to time and loving it all. Im realising that Im probably not getting DHEA, pregnenolone and progesterone, tho.

Im guessing if I could benefit for adding some of them and what to expect for them.

There's some controversy about back filling those pathways and the utility of doing so. Some people have had tremendous quality of life improvements with preg and dhea supplementation, some have felt like absolute garbage after implementing them, and some have had 0 change. This seems to be one of those "your mileage may vary" things.

An example how individual genetics play a big part in response to hormones..

Time to test, then.

Thanks
I do know the people who attempted it preferred to use sublingual application as it seems to be the most bioavailable route. Good luck and hopefully there's some benefit in it for ya

All of those steroids you mentioned will cause tolerance after a while (weeks) and your body will respond by producing less of them.

TRT works only for people with fucked up worn out testicles, because they can't really be fucked up even more by the TRT.

If your testicles are still mostly working, TRT will make them work even less.

It is called "replacement" therapy for that reason. The injected hormone will literally replace the one produced naturally.

Other steroids like progesterone or DHEA are either metabolites of testosterone or produced by different organs that are not impaired in someone deficient in testosterone. The only reason you would not be getting enough of those or too much of it would be from injecting anabolic steroids designed for muscle gain. Their effect profiles widely vary and are somewhat unpredictable.
