Trip and Flip - first time, any tips?

OK posting here cause it covers 2 different drugs, mod feel free to move to correct/better section.

So I'm fairly well seasoned with both substances had plenty of both in the past but never at the same time.

I always follow the safe guidelines for each one, staying hydrated etc but is there anything extra that I need to know about doing both? cause doesn't one effect serotonin and one dopamine?

Should I take one before the other or wait or both together?

Flips are probably about 100mg and Trips are about ~150ug

Usual and highly preferable way is to take the trip first and to take the MDMA when you are past the peak of the trip, say 4 hours into it

EDIT - your mdma dose is a bit low there though, I'd advise 130-150mg
