Traveling with Oxicodone

Flying out to Seattle this week and wanted to take a few (like 4 or five) oxis with me. I do not have a scrip for them and was wondering if I had to worry about anything. I have considered grinding them up and putting in tylenol capsules and putting in the bottle with the other tylenol. Will this work? How closely do they check these things? Am I better just to throw in with checked baggage?

Thanks for the info...I haven't flown in awhile and am just clueless on this!

Assuming it's a domestic flight from in the US to Seattle:

Do you have a script for anything? If so just throw your oxys into that bottle.

I've done that at least 5 times with vicodin.

TSA is looking for potential weapons. Not pills that may be a slightly different size than other pills in the bottle.

I'm not guaranteeing you that will be safe. But it has worked for me.
