It sounds like top-notch stuff as much as (conventional) antidepressant can.

I found l-deprenyl to be one of best, if not the best psychiatric drug ever created. I used it for neuroprotective effects and ended up experiencing “side-effects” like stopping weed, feeling great overall and I think it was a bit of MAOi a bit of effects on hormone and a bit off anti-addictive qualities causing me to consume other drugs not at all or minimally while using it.

Well being stupid as I am, ofc I tried it in combo with some stuff it isn’t meant to be used and ended up not dead but having best ever experience on amphetamine ever. One experience with l-deprenyl/amphetamine combo was enough, tho.

I was considering using flouoro version of l-deprenyl but Trany being so researched and all seems like a better option, what do you think? As MAOi amphetamine curing depression (apparently anxiety too in combo with trifluoprazine as good/bad as benzos do; I bet many much in every way better combos could work in a superior way to benzos) and having neuroprotective effects is exactly kind of drug that should be norm and not stuff causing erectile distinction or dementia or shrinking brain or whatever negative outcome from SS/NRIs, benzo, z-drugs and many other that are well known to cause things like that, while at the same time being minimally effective and/or loosing effectiveness very fast...

Tranylcypromine (Parnate) is a non-reversable MAO inhibitor, so all the dangerous interactions you read about with Syrian Rue and the other Ayahuasca drugs would actually strongly apply. I'm thinking that even certain cheeses and other Tyramine rich foods might be contradicted.

Deprenyl is also irreversible, but works on MAO-b, and thus interacts with Tyramine only in large doses.

I also like Deprenyl. I was always afraid to do it with speed, but Deprenyl and coffee can zip you.
I have a concert coming up and have an early bedtime in my old age. I wish I had some Deprenyl as that is perfect to stay up for extended times happy and stimulated without "speeding".

Yeah I would have no problem with following strict MAOi diet.

For me deprenyl was everything I would expect from modafinil (while still being able to fall asleep if I want to). Modafinil doesn’t work at all for me and many people I know while works grate for some. I get zero motivation boost or mental clarity and everything it should be good for, while I got all of those and much more from deprenyl like as you say without “speeding” making it such a great substance. In high enough doses for long enough deprenyl becomes MAO-a inhibitor too.

Is there any reason to avoid irreversible MAOi with DMT? From what I know there isn’t. I’m asking cuz if I get some irreversible MAOi as I still didn’t tried DMT orally it would be cool to compare effects of it on MAOi that causes minimal effects to combo with harmine/harmaline which for me cause strong effects by itself if enough is taken.

Forgot is it needed to block MAO-a or MAO-b to for DMT use?

I only mentioned Ayahuasca MAOI's due to people being familiar with supposed dietary restrictions. There is debate over whether those restrictions are actually needed since those are reversible inhibitors. On the irreversible inhibitors they are definitely needed was my point.

I think diet is not needed, strict isn’t, with reversible MAOi, but I avoided red wine, moldy cheese and few more things just in case anyway.

I ate a bunch of cheese after Syrian rue once and was deathly ill. Shaky, vomiting. It was quit a bit of cheese, though.
Anecdotal evidence is not evidence, but IMO, if you're not stupid and overdo it you'll be OK.
