Misc Tramadol with Prozac/Mirtazipine

Hello. I take low doses of Prozac (30mg/morning) and Mirtazipine (15mg/evening). I would like to take my late pup’s tramadol occasionally for kidney stones, because I can’t get anything else prescribed and I don’t want a trip to the ER every time I pass a stone. Thoughts on Seratonin Syndrome risk? Thank you.
