Heyaaa!

This may be a bit of a silly question but I was wondering, about 5/6 hours ago I took 37.5 mg of Tramadol/paracetamol. I know the dose is super low but I wanted to ask, if I am on 100mg welbrutin(bupropion) would it be safe for me to do K and/or 3mmc this evening?

Thank you all ♥️

37mg of tramadol is negligible in any interaction

3mmc and bupropion are a potentially dangerous interaction, namely because serotonin syndrome.

While this risk is probably low at reasonable doses (assuming they aren't used continually for many days together), I would advise you should familiarize yourself with the initial symptoms of serotonin syndrome. These symptoms can unfortunately be confused with the effects of a stimulant themself. For me, personally, they included tachychardia, notable agitation, anxiety, restlessness, mental confusion/thought changes, tremors/jerks, increased body temperature and akathisia like symptoms.

Overall, it's probably relatively safe as long as you are careful and do not take too much 3-MMC.

The ketamine won't interact with the others to a significant degree.
