Harm Reduction Tramadol and Vyvanse

I took 225mg of Tramadol yesterday at 7 pm. This morning I am due to get my vyvanse Perscription. I know you shouldn’t mix the two and I was wondering if it had been long enough now at 8 am for my to take the vyvanse? I was going to just do my normal dose of 1 50mg capsule?

I’ve taken 200 mg of Tramadol in the evening & then Vyvanse the next morning maybe around 10ish am & I was fine. BUT… I wouldn’t do it with the extended-release-Tramadol as it’s active in your system longer. Mine were the immediate-release Tramadol. Hope that helps
