I followed Tool to Australia in 2011.
They did an extended drum solo with the drummer from Rammstein during Lateralus at one of the shows. The Rammstein vocalist eventually lit the second drum set on fire and the dude was playing a flaming drum kit for a sec. Then Danny Carey ran out and started stomping on the drums. Then they went back and finished the song. Took like 14 minutes.
I also saw them at Voodoo in New Orleans, 2016.
That show gave me a rerereappreciation for Danny's solo in 46&2. Plus the visuals of a spiraling fractal pentagram gargoyle feeding him orbs of energy while he jammed will stick with me.
