took 25mg valium today spread out from 8am til now (9pm) is there anything to be worried about?

i’ve taken valium many times in the past but not usually this much just double checking that it’s all good to fall asleep in a bit. took 10mg this morning, another 5mg around noon, 5mg more at 3 and 5mg around 8:30pm

just the valium, coming off a few months of hydromorphone and it’s helping alot with the anxiety and sleep but gonna hold off on the valium once the WD’s are over with, thank you
