Took 20mg of Vyvanse at 1pm, will i be ok to do MDMA at ~7pm?

I wouldn't do it.
While your dose of vyvanse was low, you're not giving your body any time to rebound back to baseline and recover (and your first roll was a week ago, as well). It's likely if you decide to take some, your roll will be diminished, and it's pretty much guaranteed that your comedown will be horrendous.
Noticed you said you took some Phenibut as well. That will just dull both the amp and MDMA experiences; save some for the comedown if you decide to give it a go.

Bro dont do it, rolling within a week from each other is just gonna greatly dull your experience as well as higher chances of a bad come down and higher tolerance, and then taking the vyvanse, another stimulant, on top of it is only going to add to all those aswell.
