If I had a tolerance of 3 rolls about 3 months ago and haven't done any since how much will my tolerance have gone down

Unless you've been noticeably FEELING ongoing side effects, you should have pretty much zero tolerance after 3 months off....though I'm not quite sure what you mean by "3 rolls"

Where I live we call the pressed ecstasy "rolls"

how many "rolls" you've had is irrelevant. it's the amount of mdma(assuming it's tested) that counts. an "ecstasy" pill can have anything from 0 - 300mg mdma in it. anyway, 3 months off and you should be ready to go!
