Ketamine Tolerance ketamin

Hi, I was wondering how long it takes to build up a tolerance to ketamine ?

How long should I wait between doses ?

I've read about a permatolerance, it is reverssible after waiting long time ?

Not long imo. Like a few days in a row. It does seem to be somewhat permanent.

I think the optimum dosing schedule is honestly like one dose of say 300mg (insnuffulated) per week.

I build up a tolerance over the course of a single evening. I can start with 15 to 30 mg bumps, and by midnight I'm railing quarter gram lines to get the same effect.
