Harm Reduction tiny "welp" spots from IMing ketamine refuse to go away after weeks

I've got 2 red spots about the size of dimes, where if you touch it it feels kind of hard like a bump, but without mass.
My main concern is that even 2 weeks later they've stayed almost exactly the same. Wasn't using anywhere close to perfect sanitation (my bad i know ), just never have had to worry about this issue before. Will these spots resolve on their own, or should I at the very least seek out some antibiotics? Guess I'll be using wheel filters from now on >_<

it’s been a month and the spots aren’t any better . Anyone have an idea why ketamine IM tends to form in deposits and then just sit there for months without improvement ?

I had pharma ketamine last yr while on vacation for a week and probably used it a dozen times IM and never had any hard spots and I shot it into both arms the muscle above the bicep and in my butt cheeks and it was problem free
