This new cannabis law in Oakland, CA, is incentivizing businesses to train convicts (arrested for marijuana before it was legal) to get legal licenses. What do you think? Model for the U.S.?
I found this report very informative and thanks for sharing. I never heard of Bloom Innovations before or NUG . It sure look like they have a great plan for success in this new industry. The fact that they are giving this opportunity to drug convicts I think is a great idea.
