I just saw this in the news its to tackle the addicts who pretend to be ill or worse to get their fix and as an ex doctor I cant say I'm displeased to see this I expect this will clean out the good from the bad but id advise you pill popping fans to get your good in now before its to late because these babies are also impossible to cwe!
