The BERNESE METHOD. Anyone with Experience? Thoughts for opiate addiction?

Anyone had success or failures using the Bernese method? The literature seems promising and other countries are adopting that method for treatment.

Has anyone every experienced Precipitated WD from starting the microdose of suboxone in the first week?

In my experience under 1 mg of bupe is not capable of causing precipitated WD.

It’s a great method I have used many times. When Suboxone builds up in your system like that it helps the transition greatly.

Often times stories of PWD are because of:

1) Not waiting long enough - which isn’t really relevant because your still using dope on top of the subs
2) Too large a dose. Many PWD stories are cause people pop a whole 8 mg.
