thailand and india drug info update ne1 please???

hi im traveling to thailand and india and wanted to know if ne1 has any updated info on getting benzos over there without needing prescription??? all the info that ive read on the internet has been outdated. im not asking for prices or anything like that just if they do or dont. thanks
