TENS unit electrode placement for increased endorphin production

I apologize in advance if this the wrong forum for this, I had planned on posting it in Homeless Thread and let the mods decide where it best belongs, but that subforum seems to be gone.

Anyway, I use a TENS unit several hours a day and noticed a mild relaxation that cannot be explained by my current med regimen. After looking into the matter further, I found tons of references to TENS therapy increasing endorphin production. The problem is, theres no good info on how to maximize endorphins released. My question is is there any specific area to place the electrodes to purposely increase endorphin production?

Obviously, with my seizure disorder I'm not going to place the electrodes on my head, but is there a region of the body that would be more likely to get those endorphin levels up? Is it just a peripheral effect that just happens, regardless of placement?

Sorry if this is a stupid question or outside the scope of this forum.
