(answered) Technical question on posting replies

For the life of me I can't get a bubble around my replies. I have obviously used the bubble icon, but it does not create a bubble. Can some one please help me, I feel like a total idiot

what do you mean by "bubble"? are you talking about quoting somebody else's post? like this:

just hit the quote button on the post you wish to quote:

you can also do it manually by typing the required code into your post e.g. this:

[quote=gandhi]you must be the change you wish to see in the world.[/quote]

gets you this:

you must be the change you wish to see in the world.

I thought for a moment OP was talking about bubble hash.
