How many mg should I CUT down from 60mg mscontin twice a day, i usually take 30 crushed, 30 extended and same in evening.
would cutting down 30mg be too much and how often should I cut down the dose every 3 days?
Also would dihydrocodeine help me taper quicker I would be plugging it.
