Opioids Tapentadol to get me by until I get my regular opiate of choice.

Good afternoon bluelighters.

I’ve been using oxycodone recently and am switching back to black tar. Just ran out of oxy a little earlier today. I’ve got about 24 hours where I’ll be waiting on my black tar reup and I’m out of oxy.

I’ve got a bunch of 100mg IR Tapentadol (nucynta) tablets that I’ve never used… so zero experience.

Was wondering if these would do the job of holding me over and staving off w/d’s until the tar gets into my hands tomorrow. Has anyone used tapentadol for that purpose before?

Let me know your experience / advice.
