Need some input on people who have taken this stuff orally, without taking into account any sort IV T's and blues combo or anything. Other sources aren't really giving me much. Compared to codeine, what are these like?

Google is your friend on this one-there's ton's of info out there. You're right about trying to IV this-ift would be a big mistake.
 
I had talwin 50mg years ago after a surgery. I only took them orally and my max dose was 200mg. I'm not sure what other drug to compare the high too. For me it was better then codine but not as good as oxycodone. I found it way stronger then codine(it does nothing for me really). The buzz orally was nice. Awake but euphoric. I wouldn't go past 200mg or even think to snort or iv
