Opioids Taking loperamide 24hrs before withdrawals

Can I start taking my first dose of loperamide 24hrs before anticipated withdrawals (smoke my nighty amount of H, take my tagamet and loperamide as well before bed, wake up smoke the last of my brown and take my 2d loperamide dose that evening? And taper the loperamide from there?
 
Yeah absolutely, it's a good idea to take the lope before the withdrawals start. Just don't take too much. How much lope you take? I personally wouldn't take more than 12mg as I found that enough.
