Opioids Taking dilaudid with an opioid tolerance?

To get high it requires generally 50mg of hydrocodone so I'm wondering how strong diluadid is in comparison to that. If I have one 4mg pill and want to know will it make me loopy, just high, or barely feel it at all?
 
Well i'd say that since 4mg hydromorphone (orally) is equal to about 15mg oxycodone and 15mg oxycodone is equal to about 30-35mg hydrocodone then youll probly get a little high since cross-tolerance isn't necessarily equal (a different drug is a different drug).
