Taking 30mg Adderall a couple hours after my 75mg Effexor dose?

I am curious since I have heard bad and good things about combining these two. I took a 75mg dose of Effexor about 5 hours ago and now am debating whether taking this 30mg instant release Adderall will possibly diminish the effects of the adderall or will it not be a good idea to do so? If not, how long should I wait to take the Adderall?

even if i took the effexor hours ago and am only talking about taking 30mg IR adderall?

Also how long after the effexor dose would be best to wait if it's not good to take them like 6 hours apart?

Sorry for not replying earlier, but if you still hasn't taken the Adderall yet and haven't taken anymore effexor than right now would be a good time. You should definitely be in the clear
