Switching from sub how long

6 yrs ago I was on 3x 8 subs a day and moved to another state where impossible to get. Used my last script to wind down. Got addicted again to pills about a year ago and couldn't find anything so bought some subs to avoid withdrawals. 3 days ago took 24 mg of sub, yesterday took 24 mg of sub and didn't realize subs blocked for long periods of time. I only took 8 mg of sub today and got a script for opana. How long should I wait now to bother taking them before they work?? And in those days am I going to go into withdrawal ugh I thought subs only blocked like 6-8 hours a pill. Anyone??
