Silly me was taking my 20mg temaxepam in the day cos gave me euphoria.
so glad ive switched over to 15mg diazepam (I was on 4mg diazepam in the day)
I'd feel weird all day and hangovery and mood swings, and bad anxiety.
I nam feeling good on this diazepam dose I take 5mg 3 times a day and thats strong enough for me.
I took 20mg the other day as I had extras and I was asleep on and off all day
May i add I am on a cocktail of medications.

But yeah dont take sleepers during the day the reason there called sleepers.
I do get seven temazepams a month for eemergency but I choose to use 70mg for other purposes divided into two doses just a treat once a month temazepam treat haha.

Anyway my restless legs is better aswell, doctor pisses me off though hes like oh you wanted more drugs diazepam and we gave them you we could of just took you off the temazepam and left the diazepam at 4mg youd of been ok.
FUCK OFF excuse my language but i wanted to hit him I WOULD OF BEEN A MESS!

like i ASKED HIM to see what hed say i said if you was taking 20mg diazepam and stopped cold turkey would you die he said no.. im sure you woulkd??

how long have you been breaking 20mg of diazepam for? That's not a particularly high dose, so he is correct that it might not kill you, now if you have been taking them for a long time, that's a different story.
