If you sweat heavily can cannabis be excreted in your sweat and then be ingested by a baby if you are touching it.Any other drugs as well. Like amphetimines

No. But if you're still breast feeding, the milk can, so please refrain from drug use if you're child is at that stage.

The only thing I've ever heard of causing problems in any context is hormone-filled skin creams. If you hold a kid or something I've heard that can be transferred. But testosterone isn't a drug.
