Are you diabetic? Why would you consider shooting up sugar? Eating sugar/drinking sugar water will raise your blood sugar instantly

It can, sure. Though ^ this is the right idea. You'd really want to prepare it properly though by micron filtration and pH buffering. Here's some more info on it. If blood sugar needs to be raised quickly, A hormone like Glucagon is probably a better choice, secondary to just consuming sugar itself.
