ok so I am looking to get off of suboxone due to me finding a job and just getting dropped off my mum's insurance. What is the best way to go about it? is there anything i can take to help get through the withdrawl?

Best thing if you have any remaining sub is just to basically take whatever you have left and do some math in how to slowly decrease your dose till gone. Less have faster itll have to be obviously. As far as things to help, benzos if you have any, clonidine helps, any good sleeping pills prescription or not to help sleep at night. Its not fun cold turkey so be prepared to feel like general shit both mentally and physically.
