Suboxone to morphine conversion -does anyone really know?

I know most of the literature is speculative in terms of this, due in part to the fact that suboxone is both partial agonist and has a very long half life, but does anyone know/ have experience in talking with a doctor or pharmacist about equivalence? For instance, 1mg suboxone (sublingual) per 24 hours is how much (oral) morphine IR over how many hours?
I know estimates range, but I guess I'm confused on how much full agonist morphine would suffice over how many hours if a switch between the two were made. Some websites list upward of 40mg morphine, so would that mean 40mg morphine every 4hrs or something like 10-15mg every 4hrs?
Also, for anyone who's been on suboxone for a long duration and has had a prescriber switch them to full agonist opioids, exactly how did that work out and what med, dosage, and time schedule have you been placed on?
Thank you for any replies!
