Your body is still addicted to an opiate
So the answer would be the end of the withdraw period for that particular opiate
H withdraw is brutal but lighting fast
If you can handle 16mg at once try 32mg for 3 days followed by 16, 8 and 4 on day 4,5,6
Add a miligram or two on day 7
Only if dying
Switch to kratom to handle paws
